Great Gulf Coast Arts Festival
If you fancy the arts, visit the Great Gulfcoast Arts Festival, one of the best-regarded, most popular arts festivals in the country. Find painters, potters, craftsmen, and more!
Shell-abrate everyone’s favorite beautiful beachside trinkets at the 2017 National Sea Shell Shellabration in Pensacola on June 20. Bring the whole family to hunt for sea shells by the sea shore, make shell necklaces, have your face painted like a sea shell, and finally to enjoy a good day at the beach.
This traditional festival celebrates the beginning on Pensacola, one of the first cities to be founded in the U.S! The Five Flags stands for the five different counties (and their flags) that have once flown in our town. Whether you are a local Pensacola resident or visiting from out of town, this even is sure to be fun and exciting for all!
For the best fireworks show in town, make sure you’re at Casino Beach at sundown on the Fourth of July. The fireworks go off over Santa Rosa Sound, so for great viewing try Portofino Boardwalk or Quietwater Beach.

Don’t party too hard on the Fourth this year, because you’re not going to want to miss the Blue Angels show at Pensacola Beach 8am sharp on July 5th. Enjoy a tasty beachfront breakfast and the always-incredible aerial feats of Pensacola’s own Blue Angels.
The Blue Angels will perform in the Pensacola Beach Air Show on July 8th at Pensacola Beach over Santa Rosa Sound. Make sure you bring a dollar for the toll bridge!
August 8th-11th, 15th, 16th, 22nd, and 23rd from 11:30am-12:30pm. After practice on the 6th and 16th, there will be meet-and-greets with the pilots inside the National Naval Aviation Museum; and again, be sure to bring a photo I.D.
